On the Go-Jacksonville Family Photographer

Miss A stopped by for her 9 month session and I have to admit, it is my favorite time to photograph babies. They have so much personality and they are always on the go...it makes for a tired Mom and Dad, but great photographs!!! Would you just look at those eyes??? She was so happy, even through the outfit changes! Mom brought over some special toys too, the Raggedy Anne was hers when she was a baby....yep, just go ahead and melt my heart!!! Enjoy a little sneak peek:

Jacksonville Maternity Photographer

I met this amazingly beautiful couple for the first time at our session. You never know how a session will go when you have never met the couple before but we clicked right away and they were up for anything I asked...and man oh man did they deliver! She is due any day now (I know, doesn't she look A-Mazing!!!) and I can't wait to meet the little guy!

Zoe's big day-Jacksonville Family Photographer

Things have finally calmed down enough around here to post a few of the pictures from my niece's first birthday party! Party planning runs in the family and my sister did an amazing job planning this over-the-top party for Miss Zoe. From the anthropologie inspired custom invitations to the kid-friendly finger foods, this was absolutely one of the best parties I have ever been too!

Invitations by Lindsey

This sign welcomed and directed guests out to the pool area

inside the goodie bags were bubbles, sunscreen and flower seeds. Also, each family got a CD of Zoe's "rainy day music mix"

My Girl-Jacksonville Family Photographer

Don't you love it when you ask your child what they want to be when they grow up? Bella's answer has changed a few times over the years but if you ask her right now, she will say she wants to be a photographer (cue swelling in my hear). She's always asking me to show her how to use my camera and to talk her through what I'm doing when I am on a photo shoot. So I made a deal with her the other night...if she'd let me take a few pictures of her, I would in turn give her her own photo shoot where she will be the photographer. Here are the ones she let me take of her...I'll post her upcoming shoot in a few days :)

Terrific Twos-Jacksonville Family Photographer

This week has been filled with the cutest little girls!!! Miss A just celebrated her 2nd birthday and I was honored to be able to hang out with her a little bit to document this special time. It took a little bit to warm up to the camera but it was so worth it...she had me smiling ear to ear when I saw how these turned out...she is a natural beauty!

The Lake House-Jacksonville Family Photographer

I always urge people to think about a place that has some special meaning to them when selecting a location...so when the Smith family asked me to come to their family's lake house over Memorial day for family photos I was really excited! I'm sure they have so many great memories here and I was so happy to help preserve some for them.

A Walk in the Gardens-Jacksonville Family Photographer

One of the most beautiful spots in all of Jacksonville is the Cummer museum garden so I was so excited when one of my favorite families was game for that location for their shoot. The blooms are so fragrant and bright this time of year and I had so much fun smelling and finding all of our favorites flowers with the girls. We had a lot of fun...and I think it shows:
